Street Injured Dog With Skull Exposed From The Life-Threatening Head Wound.

The rescuers received a distressing call about a poor dog in dire need of help. Suffering from a life-threatening wound, the dog was found hiding, his condition worsening by the minute. With urgency, RRSA India sprang into action, apprehending the dog with a net to prevent escape.

The wound on the dog’s head was horrifying, with visible skull bones and infestation by hundreds of maggots. Rushed to the animal hospital, preparations for wound debridement began immediately. Despite the severity of the injury, the vet remained determined, initiating treatment to clean the wound and remove necrotic tissue.
