Meet Balu, the brave little puppy who captured our hearts with his incredible will to survive. When we first saw him, he was terrified and trying to flee from his rescuers, a heartbreaking sight that left us all feeling a deep sense of sorrow.

Balu had suffered through so much pain – hunger, cold, fear, and the loneliness of being a tiny creature all alone on the street. We knew we had to act fast to save him, and we took him to the Aibolit clinic where he underwent tests that revealed he had a pelvic and lower vertebral fracture.

But even with all his injuries, Balu never gave up on life. Though he was too weak to stand on his own, he fought bravely through the pain, and after just three days, we knew he had a fighting chance to survive.

On day seven, we realized that Balu needed more than just physical healing. The trauma of being abused and abandoned had left him with deep psychological scars, and we knew he needed the services of a psychiatrist to help him overcome his fear and regain his trust in humans.

Over the coming weeks, Balu continued to make progress, slowly but surely healing from his injuries and learning to trust the kind people who were caring for him. On day thirty, he was finally ready to leave the clinic and begin his new life in a warm and loving home.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped save Balu’s life, and we know that he will inspire others with his incredible journey of recovery. From trauma to triumph, Balu is proof that even in the darkest of moments, there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow.
