In Romania, there is an animal welfare organization called Asociatia Kola Kariola. Recently, one of their members received a distressing call. A helpless puppy with a broken leg was crying out in the middle of the street, desperately in need of rescue.
Upon arrival, the rescuers found the frightened pup attempting to flee from them, screaming in agony. But one of them approached with a reassuring voice, saying, “Don’t worry, little one. I’m here to help you.” The pup calmed down and allowed himself to be taken to the clinic.
The pup was malnourished, weak, and nameless. So, the rescuer who brought him in named him Benny. The clinic staff gave him a thorough examination, including X-rays, and discovered that Benny had suffered a broken femur. Emergency surgery was required, and the team worked tirelessly to save his leg.
With each passing day, Benny’s condition improved, and he even made a new friend named Red. Benny was soon walking on his feet, and his resilience and determination touched everyone around him. God bless this little fighter!
Today, Benny is living a happy and healthy life, thanks to the love and support of his rescuers and supporters.
