The first trailer for Breaking the Chain, a film about helping animals in need, has opened the eyes of many.
PETA does its best to flip the script, whether the dog owner is not taking adequate care of them because they need to be educated, or they have been neglected for some reason.
Dog abuse and neglect may finally be over. Field workers donate their energy and time to help pet owners receive quality education and provide necessary temporary shelters, medicines and food.
