When we think of animal friendships, we usually imagine pets forming bonds with members of their own species or similar animals. But there are exceptions to this as shown in an online video.

The video captures an intimate moment as a young puppy becomes friends with a horse.

In the video, we see the excitement of the terrier dogs meeting the pony on the farm. It is clear that an instant friendship forms between the two. The footage shows the little pup cuddling next to the horse as they sleep together. It seems that these two spend a lot of time together on their farm.

During the afternoon in the green pasture, we saw the brown colt napping peacefully. A white puppy that looks like an Australian Shepherd quietly creeps up. The pup is nestled between the ponies’ chin and torso and looks completely content! He even flips onto his back and raises his paws in the air and appears to be smiling.

With his forehead touching the ponies’ head, this affectionate little pup is soaking up some sunshine as he tries to show his friendship and care for his friend. As they cuddle together, you can hear some adorable whines coming from the pup. Almost as if she was expressing love to her equine friend.

It’s interesting how horses and dogs sometimes become friends, as in this video where a puppy and a young pony seem to have formed a deep bond. It’s sad to imagine them continuing to be embraced as they grow older.

Watching this guy snuggle up with the horses makes us all want to join in their affectionate embrace. Fluffy puppies are simply irresistible. Horses are truly captivating creatures.
